Maintenance
As a Maintenance Worker, you will ensure the office facilities' ongoing functionality and appearance. Your role will involve performing various maintenance tasks to keep premises safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Your primary responsibilities may include conducting routine inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying maintenance needs, and performing repairs or replacements as necessary. This may include tasks such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
In addition to repairs, you may be responsible for preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and prevent costly repairs in the future. This may involve lubricating machinery, inspecting HVAC systems, and performing routine maintenance procedures according to a predefined schedule.
You may also be responsible for maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, as well as coordinating with vendors or contractors for larger repair projects when necessary.
